Payment and Refunds

How we agree prices, take payment and deal with cancellations and refunds.

Last updated: 28 October 2026

Ordering, payment, cancellations and refunds at glamforyu follow the rules below, which form part of our terms. The prices shown on glamforyu.info apply to every order; each order is confirmed in writing and paid by invoice, never on the website itself.

How prices and orders are agreed

The prices of our services are those published on this website on the day of your enquiry. To order, write to us at [email protected] or call 01305 842160; we reply with a written confirmation of the service, its price and the date. The order becomes binding once you accept that confirmation, and the invoice follows.

Complaints and remedies

If you are not satisfied with our work, please describe the problem in writing to [email protected] within 14 days of the service being provided, so that we can look into it while the circumstances are still clear. We examine the case and propose a correction, a repeat of the service, a partial refund or another remedy that fits the situation.

Refunds and part-completed work

Refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of being agreed; if that method can no longer be used, we transfer the amount to a bank account you confirm to us in writing at [email protected], without any fee. A service carried out as agreed is not refunded, and for work only partly done we refund the part not provided, less material or third-party costs agreed with you in advance.

Payment terms

Unless agreed otherwise, payment is due 14 days after we send the invoice by email, using one of the methods named on it. Advance payments or instalments, where agreed, are set out in the quotation with their amounts and dates. Open invoices are followed up with a written reminder, and interest may be charged where the law allows it.

Right to cancel

Consumers who conclude a contract with us at a distance or away from our business premises have a right to cancel it within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. A clear statement sent to [email protected] before that period ends is enough, and work you had already asked us to begin is then settled separately.
